Station 2 Custom Creations provides laser engraving, full-color UV printing, custom patch hats, personalized drinkware, and promotional products from our shop in Marquette Heights, Illinois. We serve businesses, organizations, and individuals across Peoria, East Peoria, Pekin, Morton, Washington, and the greater Tazewell and Peoria County area, and ship nationwide.
Every service below is produced on our own equipment unless noted, which means fast turnaround and a real person you can talk to about your artwork.
Laser Engraving
We run three lasers β a 100W CO2 flatbed, a 50W fiber, and a 40W CO2 galvo β which lets us engrave a wide range of materials with permanent, high-contrast detail that won't peel, fade, or wash off.

Full-Color UV Printing
Our Mimaki UJF-6042 MkII UV flatbed printer prints full-color artwork directly onto a product's surface and cures it instantly. Unlike dye sublimation, UV printing isn't limited to polyester-coated blanks, so we can print vivid color onto metal, leatherette, stainless drinkware, and hard goods β including raised, textured effects you can feel.

Custom Patch Hats
Patch hats are what we're best known for. We stock premium blanks from Richardson, Flexfit, New Era, YP Classics, and Imperial, then apply your engraved or full-color printed leatherette patch on our Stahls Fusion IQ 360 hat press β a press built specifically for headwear, which is why our patches sit flat and stay put.

Custom Drinkware
Insulated stainless drinkware engraved or printed with your logo, name, or design. We keep hundreds of blanks on hand and can restock from a local warehouse within a day, so large orders don't mean long waits.

Signs, Banners, and Apparel
We print custom vinyl banners, yard signs, and decals in-house. Embroidery and screen printing are produced through trusted local partner shops β we're upfront about that, and it means you can run a full apparel program alongside your hats and drinkware with one point of contact instead of three vendors.
Artwork and Proofs
Vector artwork (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) produces the sharpest result, especially for logos and contour-cut patches. Don't have vector files? Send what you have and we'll tell you honestly whether it will reproduce well before you order.
If your artwork needs to be created or redrawn for us to engrave or print it β including photos, AI-generated images, low-resolution files, and designs with gradients or shading β there's a $35 artwork fee. We'll always let you know before any artwork work starts.
On custom work we send a digital proof for approval before production, so there are no surprises.
