Shipping policy
- Processing Times: We do everything we can to get your order out as fast as possible. Because we operate a highly efficient production schedule, some items may even ship within an hour or two of your order being placed. However, please allow our standard 3–5 business days for custom production and processing across all orders.
- Rates & Tracking: We offer flat-rate or free shipping on qualifying orders (see individual product pages for specific details). Once your order is packaged and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
- Delivery & Carrier Delays: Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after being handed off to the carrier. While we work hard to manufacture and dispatch your items rapidly, shipping vendors occasionally experience transit delays that are completely out of our control. We appreciate your patience if a carrier delay extends your delivery window.
- Local Pickup: For local customers, free local pickup is available at checkout. Simply select “Pickup” as your delivery method when placing your order.
