By placing an order with Station 2 Custom Creations, you agree to the following terms:

  • Design Approval: All custom product designs will be produced exactly as approved or entered by the customer. Please double-check spelling, dates, and all personalization details before submitting your order.
  • Payment & Cancellations: Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Because we operate an efficient production schedule, custom designs are frequently sent to our equipment within an hour of receipt. You must submit any cancellation or change requests immediately after checkout. Once an item has entered the production queue, the order is final and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
  • Copyright & Artwork Rights: By uploading artwork, logos, or designs, you confirm that you have the legal right and authority to use them. You agree to hold Station 2 Custom Creations harmless from any claims of intellectual property infringement. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders that request unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked material, or that contain offensive content.
  • Production Variations: Due to the custom nature of laser engraving and full-color UV printing, slight variations in color matching, alignment, and finish may occur between the digital representation on your screen and the final physical product.
  • Returns & Support: All products are made with care and attention to detail. While custom items are non-refundable once produced, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions if an item arrives damaged or defective.
