Pre-Stitched Leatherette Patches – 2x3 Rectangle with Lone Star Adhesive

Custom engraved name patches, made to order. These pre-stitched 2 x 3 in leatherette patches are laser engraved in our shop with your name or design, then backed with Lone Star adhesive so they're ready to press. Cursive name patches are our most popular style, and shops often send a whole list of names in one order.

How to order

• Pick your patch color.
• Type the names in the names box, one name per line. Each name is one patch, so set the quantity to the number of names. Only one name? It goes on every patch.
• Choose a font. Our signature cursive is the default.
• Have a logo or design instead? Upload your artwork.
• Use the notes box for anything else, like more than one patch of the same name.
• The price includes one name or design per patch.

Pressing recommendations

• Stahls Fusion IQ 360 (or other dual-platen hat press): top heat 280°F, bottom heat 320°F, 40 seconds, medium pressure
• Single heated platen: 300°F, 50-60 seconds, medium pressure (closer to 60 seconds on thick or structured crowns)
• Press one test hat before a full run

Artwork

• Names and text need no file and no fee.
• Vector artwork (AI, EPS, SVG or a PDF saved from a design program) is used as-is, with no artwork fee.
• Anything that is not vector artwork (JPG, PNG, photos, screenshots or images saved from a website) may incur a one-time $35 artwork fee to recreate it. We keep the file on hand, so reorders of the same design never pay it again.
• Designs may be simplified so they engrave cleanly at this size.
• You'll approve a proof before anything is made. See our Artwork Guide.

Ordering

• No minimum. Order one patch or a few hundred.
• Quantity pricing: 8% off at 25+, 10% off at 50+ and 14% off at 100+. Patch quantities count across all our patch styles.
• Turnaround times are estimates. Your proof comes with an estimated ready date, not a guaranteed in-hands date.
