Custom Contour-Cut Engraved Leatherette Patches

Our custom contour-cut laser engraved leatherette patches are engraved and cut to order from your vector artwork on our own lasers, in our shop. They add a bold, professional look to hats, apparel and gear for businesses, apparel shops, first responder units, sports teams and more, whether you're ordering 12 or 600.

Patch details

• Sizes: 2 x 2, 2.5 x 2.5, 2 x 3, 3 x 3 and 3.5 x 3.5 in
• Premium leatherette in a variety of finish colors, laser engraved for a crisp, permanent design
• Contour cut to the shape of your artwork
• Lone Star adhesive backing, press-ready for hats and more

Pressing recommendations

• Stahls Fusion IQ 360 (or other dual-platen hat press): top heat 280°F, bottom heat 320°F, 40 seconds, medium pressure
• Single heated platen: 300°F, 50-60 seconds, medium pressure (closer to 60 seconds on thick or structured crowns)
• Press one test hat before a full run

Artwork

• Vector artwork is required: AI, EPS, SVG or a PDF saved from a design program. The contour cut follows the outline of your file.
• JPG, PNG, photos, screenshots and images saved from a website can't be used for contour-cut patches. Only have one of those? Contact us before ordering.
• Designs may be simplified so they engrave cleanly at the size ordered.
• Just need a name? Our pre-stitched name patches need no artwork file and have no minimum.
• You'll approve a proof before anything is made. See our Artwork Guide.
