Custom Full-Color Printed Leatherette Patches

Our custom full-color printed leatherette patches are UV printed and contour cut from your vector artwork, giving vibrant color and crisp detail on a smooth leatherette surface. They are built for hats, bags and apparel, whether you're outfitting a team, promoting your business or creating retail merch.

Patch details

• Sizes: 2 x 2, 2.5 x 2.5, 3 x 3, 3.5 x 3.5, 4 x 4 and 5 x 5 in. Need a larger patch? Contact us for a custom quote.
• Full-color UV print on premium smooth-finish leatherette
• Contour cut to the shape of your design for a professional edge
• Lone Star adhesive backing, press-ready for hats, bags and apparel

Pressing recommendations

• Stahls Fusion IQ 360 (or other dual-platen hat press): top heat 280°F, bottom heat 320°F, 40 seconds, medium pressure
• Single heated platen: 300°F, 50-60 seconds, medium pressure (closer to 60 seconds on thick or structured crowns)
• Press one test hat before a full run

Artwork

• Vector artwork is required: AI, EPS, SVG or a PDF saved from a design program.
• JPG, PNG, photos, screenshots and images saved from a website can't be used for printed patches. Only have one of those? Contact us before ordering.
• Designs may be simplified so they print cleanly at the size ordered.
• Just need a name? Our pre-stitched name patches need no artwork file and have no minimum.

• Quantity pricing at 25, 50 and 100 patches, counted across all our patch styles
